The Royal Ballet School is with us again and year 3 are enjoying their ballet lessons. We are discovering how much flexibility, strength and resilience is required to learn to dance like the experts.
The children in year three have been doing Talk for Writing and learning Paddington's diary. They discovered that Paddington had broken into their classrooms and clumsily left a sticky mess!!
We in Nursery 2 encourage children to explore new things and discovers different ways to play, we do this by providing an interesting and inviting place to play and explore.
Murals dedicated to former pupils and legendary footballers Frank Swift and Jimmy Armfield were revealed today. Created by Jo Rainford and including competition winning designs by our pupils, these will become part of a larger art installation displayed in the school grounds.

This is not an ordinary tea party, it's a Revoe Year 3 tea party. Year 3 enjoy a posh afternoon tea with music, cakes and sandwiches with two large smarty and chocolate finger cakes created by our very own Miss Hall and carefully sliced by our two Personality Award winners.
Our Bugsy Malone performance was an uproarious celebration of song, dance and silly string with some of our audience and staff unexpectedly and hilariously on the receiving end. Well done Year 6.
The lucky competition winners for the Frank Swift and Jimmy Armfield mural had an exciting morning working with the artist commissioned for the mural working in her studio. The children enjoyed creating imaginary creatures out of clay and learning new skills.
This year 103 children qualified for graduation, 21 in their 3rd year and qualified for Central Graduation at the Wintergardens. 15 children were awarded the honorary certificate - the highest level of award. Congratulations to all of our graduates on their fantastic achievements.
Our sports day yesterday was a fantastic success. A big thank you to everyone that took part who helped make it such an amazingly fun event.
Year 5 demonstrated their Bikeability around Stanley Park this afternoon.
Year 4 are having a fantastic time discovering the lake district in sunny Bowness-on-Windermere.
