Healthy Breakfast


Breakfast kick-starts your body and gives you the energy you need to get things done and help you focus at school. It's the most important meal of the day. So, year 3 spent some of the money they've earned through Business Enterprise to explore different food options to give their bodies the best start possible. This included some healthy options, such as granola, natural yogurts and fruit, as well as foods to give them protein and calcium to help build strong bones and keep them fit and healthy.
