Food from the Mediterranean

Stig of the Dump

Year 3 have had a discussion about whether Stig of the Dump should be allowed to come and live in a house. This morning they found that Stig had made a den in the school! He'd made a mess, burning things and leaving bones behind.

Year 3 have been making volcanoes and thinking about the Madagascan habitat.

Year 3 Zoo Trip

Year 3 visited the zoo. Most of the animals were keeping warm inside but the penguins were enjoying the cold weather. We had a classroom activity where we learnt about mini beasts and we were able to watch the sea lions perform.

Mosque Trip

Here are year 3 visiting the Mosque.  They had a tour and talk from the Imam who told us lots of interesting features of the Muslim religion. Tanzil, Ahyan, Eshika, Nafeesa, Raisa, Khadijah and Yusha all told us lots of information about being a Muslim.

3CW Mona Lisa

3CW designed a Mona Lisa drawing based upon Leonardo Di Vinci’s work. We all had an individual square to create, from Mona Lisa’s painting.  Then we stuck them all together to create the Mona Lisa.
